從心開始

我們做什麼事情，都要從心開始，這樣才能全身心的投入，進入狀態，才可能做成做好一件事。

這兩個月以來，我一直想看書，卻怎麼也看不進去，想從迷戀的網絡中解脫，卻總也拔不出腳來。

有一天，一個意念閃過，我網上所流連的是什麼，不過是那可以裝得下我心情的博客，那真誠的問候和暖暖留言，還有聊天時朋友的可以帶來愉悅的話語。我沒有愛上誰，誰也沒有愛上我，那些留言和話語也不過是朋友出於對自己的禮貌，客氣而已，有什麼捨不得，當然也用不著怕辜負誰，傷到誰，因為根本就沒有什麼情愫在裡面。這樣想著，也就覺得真的是沒什麼了。由原來每天幾個小時上網時間到幾十分幾分，甚至不上，由原來有事沒事翻開手機網上看看的習慣，漸漸淡化。在等誰，在看誰，那裡有自己要等的要看的人嗎？也會有人這樣看你嗎？根本不會，大家也不過是聊得來，多聊幾句而已，根本就沒什麼，何必迷戀呢？

以前有一段時間，一直陷入一種情感中不能自拔，困惑好久，以為自己是情竇初開，卻又不覺得是喜歡上對方，天天在網上關注他的頭像，他空間的動態，現實中妄想著哪天能與之相遇。即便在節假日，表面和家裡其樂融融，心裡卻煩氣，沒有他的祝福的信息，總不踏實。天天像懷裡揣個小兔子，不能自已。對他的這種情感由他空間的一篇日誌而起，以為他懂自己，感激零涕，又因為他總情人長情人短的說起，我，愛我的家，又不想失去朋友，更不想做誰的情人知己，這就產生了矛盾心裡。直到後來的又一次長談，他說不會要我做他的情人，只把我當朋友而已，平時說那樣的話，也不過是為了增添談話情趣……到此，我的心結解開了，對他不再有什麼感覺，當然也不會一個人獨自月下徘徊了，一切都回歸於平淡，回歸於自然。

人就簡單點最好，短短幾十年，何必讓自己太累呢。

好些人都願意在網絡上尋找知音知己情人，終日感人事滄桑，嘆寂寞孤獨。

我認為一切隨緣，遇到志趣相投的朋友當然好，沒遇到也沒什麼，只要自己有一顆愛心就夠了，一顆博愛的心。你付出真誠，就可能收穫真誠，付出愛，就可能收穫愛，博愛是沒有止境的，當你去關愛他人的時候，就會從中獲得愉悅和滿足，你的精神境界會提升，慢慢的也就不會太在意那些小情小愛了，至於別人怎麼看，對你如何，這根本不重要，隨他去好了。

對什麼都要用心去了解，去感知，去體會，去把握。放下什麼要從這兒開始，拿起什麼也要從這兒開始。

不論什麼，只要從心開始，從意念開始，解開心結，屏除雜念，心無旁騖，這樣也就很容易進入狀態了，書能看得進去，事能做得下去，想怎麼樣，也就游刃有餘了。

所以，不論你想做什麼，一切都要從心開始……
